Work under Contract 2023-02 covers the furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the construction. of sanitary sewage facilities and appurtenances. The project Pennsylvania. is located in Allegheny County, The work under this Contract generally consist of, but is not limited to: 1. Six (6) 8" Sanitary Sewer Spot Repairs totaling to 40 linear feet. 2. Replacement of two (2) manhole standard covers, frames, and risers. 3. Pre and Post Construction CCTV 4. Surface Restoration throughout the whole of the project. Bidder surety a certified check payable to the oakdale borough or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the bidder and a surety company approved by the owner, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. SUCCESSFUL BIDDING BIDDER awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount.
