Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Oakdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
A certified check payable to the Oakdale Borough or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications or any applicable statues of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any applicable ordinances. Successful Bidding Bidder awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. The Oakdale Borough Board Council Reserves the Right to Award or to Reject Any and/or All Portions Thereof Proposals Submitted, and to Waive Informalities in the Bidding Process if in the Best Interest of the Borough.
