It is the intent of the Owner to enter into separate contracts as follows: Contract No. 1 General Construction Contract No. 2 HVAC Construction Contract No. 3 Plumbing Construction Contract No. 4 Electrical Construction Contract No. 5 Asbestos Abatement All bids for Contract No. 5 shall conform with the Contract Documents prepared by Allegheny Global Environmental, Inc., 37 West Main Street, Carnegie, PA, 15106 (412-278-5400). Contractors desiring to bid the Asbestos Abatement Contract may obtain same by contacting Allegheny Global Environmental, Inc. Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond or Certified Check, payable to Parkway West Career & Technology Center, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, as included in the Contract Documents.
