Renovation of a municipal facility in Eatonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of September 22, 2023, this project has been awarded 1ST Class Roofing, Inc and the awarded amount was $379,187.50 The Town of Eatonville ( Town ) is seeking qualified firms to perform ROOF & HVAC IMPROVEMENTS as per the Town s specifications. THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF REMOVAL OF EXISTING MODIFIED BITUMEN AND BALLASTED ROOFING MEMBRANE AND SUBSTRATE. EXISTING WOOD DECK AND STRUCTURE TO REMAIN, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. THE PROJECT WILL INCLUDE ADDED TAPERED INSULATION ON ROOF WITH MECHANICALLY FASTENED PVC ROOF MEMBRANE. CLEANING AND PAINTING OF EXISTING METAL MANSARD ROOF AND RESTORATION OF ENTRY CANOPY CEILING. IN ADDITION THIS PROJECT WILL INCLUDE COMPLETE REPLACEMENT OF 4 ROOF TOP AND RELOCATION OF 2 ROOF TOP UNITS : The project will consist of removal of existing Bituminous roof membrane and ballast covering, replacement of roof coping, roof accessories and HVAC roof top improvements. Remove and reinstall two (2) existing HVAC roof top units and remove and replace four (4) HVAC units.
