In general, the work comprises of installing conduits, vaults and other structures to support the undergrounding of Southern California Edison, Frontier Communications, Cox Communications, Crown Castle, and City street lighting facilities, all within the City of Laguna Beach. Liquidated Damages $2,000 per working day Project Duration 300 DAYS, excluding holidays, from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
