As of July 31,2023, project was awarded to Asplundh Construction LLC, awarded amount is $1,118,113.50. In general, the work comprises of installing underground infrastructure to support the conversion of overhead utilities to underground within the UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT 2021-02 PARK AVENUE all as shown on the drawings and further specified by Southern California Edison (SCE), Frontier Communications, Cox Communications and City Street Lighting standards and specifications; trenching, boring to install conduits and the associated surface (AC, PCC, grading or landscape) restoration works; coordinating with SCE, Frontier and Cox authorized contractors to pull and install wiring, furnishing and installing new street lights, pull boxes (hand holes), street lights' and service wiring, and implementation of temporary traffic control plans, as required.
