Requisition Nbr: R2023000219 Reference Number: 230-005 Document Nbr: D2023000259 Required Delivery Date: 01/05/2024 Furnish materials, labor, and equipment necessary to supply and install a shade structure covering the entry way to Wahiawa Middle School. I. Shade Structure a. The new shade structure type shall be aluminum frame with polycarbonate panels. b. The shade covering for the general walk area to the building. 1. Approximately 83' deep x 12' wide x 8' high 2. Color for frame should be BD-Dark Bronze 3. Roof Panels should be HP AO-Blue Smoke Heat Cut c. The shade covering for the general waiting area along the parking lot. 1. Approximately 19' deep x 53' wide x 8' high 2. Color for frame should be BD-Dark Bronze 3. Roof Panels school be HP AO-Blue Smoke Heat Cut d. All substitution requests must be submitted prior to the question end date for preapproval. Contractor must show that their product is equal to or better than the school's requested product. All work shall be per manufacturer's specifications and recommendations, and shall be performed to industry standards. Contractor must follow all current local city & county codes. Along with the Manufacturer's standard material warranty, the contractor shall provide a oneyear written warranty for defects in materials and workmanship on this project. This Project is tentatively scheduled to commence upon award of a purchase order and be completed by January 5, 2024. To be eligible to submit a bid, the bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii contractors license classification B - General Building.
