The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work for a municipal facility. As of April 28, 2023, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. The City of New Orleans strongly encourages minority-owned and women-owned businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged businesses and small businesses to respond to this solicitation, or to participate in subcontracting opportunities pursuant to this solicitation. Removal and reconstruction work shall be accomplished in accordance with the construction documents and shall include but is not limited to the following: 1. Removing existing pavement and excavating to as shown on the plans. Hauling and legally disposing of existing pavement and surplus materials form the project site. 2. Constructing new concrete curbs or curbs and gutters as shown on the plans. 3. Constructing asphalt pavement or Portland cement concrete pavement as shown on the plans. 4. Constructing concrete handicap ramps at locations as shown on the plans. 5. Cold planning asphalt pavement as shown on the plans. 6. Paint girders of bridge as shown on the plans. 7. Electrical work as shown on the plans. 8. Utility work as shown on the plans. 9. Other work incidental to the project as shown on the plans. Calendar Days Ninety (90) E.D.A.
