Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Wiggins, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Summary: Construction of a small utility building to house a chlorine analyzer and install one chlorine analyzer, one UV system (internal to the main building) and controls required to operate both systems. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project are by invitation only. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be offered to those invited only. Neither owner nor engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than provided. Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted. The City's Procurement Policy is available for review in the Municipal Code, Chapter 4, Article 6, Procurement and Contract Program.
