Every request for interpretation shall be made in writing to the City of Lansing Purchasing Office. Only those written inquires received fourteen (14) or more days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids will receive a response. Any interpretation made to a Bidder shall be in the form of an Addendum to the Contract Documents and, when issued, will be on file in the City Purchasing Office at least ten (10) calendar days before Bids are opened.
