IN THIS CONTEXT, THE CSSMI ISSUES THE FOLLOWING CALL FOR TENDERS:
Elevator inspection and maintenance service - 190AO2239. Any submitted Submission remains valid for a period of SIXTY (60) days following the deadline date and time for receipt of Submissions. The CSSMI has adopted a Complaints Management Procedure. The TENDERER or any Person having an interest within the meaning of the Law may lodge a complaint with the PUBLIC BODY in relation to this Call for Tenders. The TENDERER must, to make his tender compliant, complete the Tender Form in the appropriate places, return it in its entirety in addition to completing and attaching any other required document as an appendix. Any document from the BIDDER that is not required by the PUBLIC BODY is deemed not to form part of the Bid.
