Scope of Services The City of Palo Alto is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide general landscape maintenance services for various City Facilities (Parks, Medians, City Facilities, Utility Sub-Stations, Open Space, etc. The City's objective is to award a five-year contract with a firm, or multiple firms, that will provide these services. Notes TWO ADDITIONAL SITE WALKS* ARE REQUIRED: Prospective Proposers are required to visit all sites included in their Proposal. Prospective Proposers are highly encouraged, but not required, to bid on all sites Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 05/09/2023 1:00 PM (PDT) Project Duration 5 years Bid Valid 90 Days Liquidated Damages $500.00 Per Day Prospective Proposers will be required to provide their own transportation. Please allow five hours (8:00am to 1:00pm). See Exhibit C for Locations and Schedule. SEE BELOW FOR OTHER REQUIRED SITE WALK* DETAILS.
