All BMPs shall be designed, manufactured, and installed in accordance with the California Stormwater Quality Association's Stormwater Best Management Practice Handbook - Construction. All waste bins and material or debris stockpiles that are not removed from the site at the end of each working day shall be covered and provided with secondary containment.
