The Town of Leland invites qualified firms to submit a qualification proposal to provide on-call professional civil engineering, planning, Geotechnical, surveying, and or architectural design consulting services associated with the planning, design, bidding, construction administration and inspection, general engineering services, and plan review of various public infrastructure projects and developments throughout the Town. The Request For Proposals document provides complete information on the scope of services being sought, the schedule, and the submittal requirements. The Town will receive written responses to this Request For Proposals. Questions, requests for information, and submittals to this RFQ shall be addressed and delivered to: Christie A. This RFQ does not obligate the Town to pay any cost incurred by Firms in the preparation and submission of a submittal, nor does it obligate the Town to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services.
