Project Cancelled Project can generally be described as improvements to Founders Park and two adjacent streets. The park amenities/features will included but are not limited to: an entrance pavilion, performance stage, picnic shelter, walking trail, aquatic play area and parking areas. Project is located between Perry Avenue and Town Hall Drive. As part of the project, Perry Avenue on the west side of the site will be rebuilt and extended. Town Hall Drive on the east side of the site will have the existing asphalt surface milled off and a new asphalt surface will be placed on the existing base.
