Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Lubbock, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,990-square-foot medical facility.
This project includes the building only. The site is submitted as a separate project. This building will serve as the maintenance and operations building for the TTUHSC campus. As of August 14, 2025, this project is under construction. An architect and a general contractor have been selected. A firm timeline has not been established, however construction began in July 2025 and will be completed in April 2026.
