Renovation of a detention facility in Lubbock, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 586-square-foot detention facility.
As of May 22, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Renovation of 600 square-feet of interior space to include but not limited to: Demo, CIP Concrete, Masonry, Millwork, Firestopping, Doors/Frames/hardware, Finishes, Wall and Door Protection, Fire Sprinkler, and MEP's.
