Renovation of a municipal facility in Appomattox, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and waive formalities or irregularities in the process. A bid, once submitted, shall be deemed final and binding on the Vendor, and shall constitute an option with Appomattox County to enter into contract upon the terms set forth in the proposal. All proposals must be valid for 60 days from proposal due date. Successful bidder must possess a Class A contractor's license. Successful bidder must work with the County's designee on a work and activity schedule that is respectful of the building's three (3) court schedules and seeks to minimize any impact on the courts and court-related activities. Successful bidder will not be required to perform the activities of this contract at night, on weekends, or on holidays. However, if the successful bidder chooses to work these off-hours, then he must notify the County in writing and work with the County's designee to facilitate access to the courthouse. Deadline for questions is 5:00pm EST on Friday, April 28, 2023. All responses to inquiries, as well as changes in scope or instructions, will be in the form of a written addendum posted to the County's
