Wastewater facillity upgrades. The facilities include Anten Mills, Del Tend, Elmvale, Hillsdale, Midhurst, Minesing, Phelpstone, Snow Valley Lowlands, Snow Valley, Stonemanor, Vespra Downs, and Royal Oaks. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals has been issued by the Township of Springwater. The awarded proponent will provide Professional Engineering Consultant Services for the Springwater Water & Wastewater Facilities Assessments. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation from the Township of Springwater (the Township) to submit non-binding proposals to perform a comprehensive facilities assessment and plan for the Townships Water & Wastewater facilities. The Township is accepting proposals for Water & Wastewater (W&WW) facilities assessments and asset inventory data bases development. The goal of the project is to establish the facilities state of good repair, remaining useful life and ultimately, major maintenance and/or replacement needs. Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents. To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to participate in this opportunity, an annual or a per bid fee must be paid (annual fee - $399.00, per bid fee - $119.76).
