Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The work covered by this contract provides for the renewal of all the pumping equipment of the raw water pumping station of the indigenous community of Pakua Shipi and the installation of an air backwashing system in the strainers of the water intakes located in the St-Augustin River. The work includes summarily, but not limited to: Mobilization / demobilization on site including disbursements for stays;
Layout and preparation of the work site;
Supply / rental of required equipment, tools and machinery (barge / shovel / pump etc.)
Implementation of environmental measures (sediment barrier, etc.) and dewatering works, including the preparation and management of surface and ground water, and all equipment such as pumps, clean stones, cofferdam, point filtering, etc., in accordance with environmental requirements;
Demolition of raw water pumping station equipment (including process mechanical and electrical work / controls);
Supply and installation of an air backwash assembly for water intakes including suppressors, air ducts, instrumentation and indicated control, electrical and mechanical process elements;
Supply of a pre-selected custom pumping unit "Pumping and discharge unit" as indicated in the process mechanics specifications;
Supply and installation of mechanical process equipment in the building including valves, fittings, instrumentation, panels, etc.
Supply of new communication and control panels, connection of cables to various equipment and control of systems and programming;
Excavation, clearance, drilling, connections and installation of pipes and protective sheaths supplying the pumping station;
Drilling and structural sealing with joined blocks of openings in the foundation wall;
Riprap, supply and installation of ventilation pipes for strainers and ballasting knights;
Diving work for the installation of air backwashing assemblies / pipes for the strainers (2), including anchors and stops etc.;
Excavation and backfilling, earthworks, and management of fill, cuttings, etc. Restoration of work sites and general cleaning;
Disposal of demolition and excavated materials in accordance with the requirements of the specifications;
The services, equipment and facilities required to ensure the safety of the premises and the stability of the existing structures that are being preserved at all times;
All services, equipment and labor required to carry out the works of the plans and specifications;
Tests and inspections and commissioning of the pumping station and equipment;
Supply of warranties and final "as built" drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.
