The selected Contractor will be required to maintain the Property. 1. Lawn cutting weekly; 2. Edge lawn along sidewalks and walkways; 3. Weed/grass removal in beds and tree rings; 4. Edge beds and tree rings; 5. Mulch beds and tree rings as necessary; 6. Pruning of shrubs and small trees as necessary; 7. Remove leaves from beds and property; 8. Debris removal; 9. Sidewalk snow removal on all public sidewalks; and 10. De-icing services on all public sidewalks. The New York State Urban Development Corporation d/b/a Empire State Development ("ESD" or the "Corporation") currently owns 3.72 acres of property on Busti Avenue in the City of Buffalo (the "Property") that formerly housed the Episcopal Church Home. Since acquiring the property, ESD has demolished all the buildings except for the historic Hutchison Chapel. ESD is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Grounds Management Services on the Property. The selected contractor will work in collaboration with ESD to maintain the Property which primarily consists of lawn mowing and related serves and snowplowing the sidewalks in the winter. The Property consists of 3.72 acres and is located in the City of Buffalo near the Peace Bridge. The Property is bounded by Busti Avenue, Rhode Island Street, Columbus Parkway and Massachusetts Avenue. The individual addresses making up the Property are 823 Busti Avenue, 825 Busti Avenue, 843 Busti Avenue, 1 Massachusetts Avenue and 3 Massachusetts Avenue.
