consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Construct new ADA Entry Building, Stadium Place at the State University of New York, College of Environmental Science and Forestry. The new building will be 1,600 GSF and include an elevator, open stairway, an office, and a single restroom. Adjacent site improvements include demolition of an existing retaining wall and construction of a new retaining wall, installation of underground utilities including water, electric, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer, bus pull-off area, exterior waiting area and site lighting. The building will be heated and air conditioned. It's envisioned this building will be constructed of mass timber and other low-carbon materials. Submissions should emphasize the design team's significant experience with zero carbon building designs and mass timber structures.
