NAICS: 236220 Commerical and Institutional Building Construction NAICS small business size standard: $39.5 million All bidders shall submit information regarding their current Experience Modification Rate (EMR) that is equal to 1.0 or All bidders shall submit information regarding their current Experience Modification Rate (EMR) that is equal to 1.0 or insurance carrier's letterhead. Bidders are required to complete the Limitations on Subcontracting form and submit it with their bid *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and all other requirements per the drawings, specifications, and contract documents to repair the Syracuse VA Parking Garage. Repairs include concrete spall repairs on slabs, columns, walls and curbs; concrete beam repair; repair of post-tensioned tendons; concrete crack repair; railing repairs; replacement of the bottom floor slab-on-grade; urethane coating; pavement markings, and other miscellaneous repairs indicated on the drawings and/or in the specifications
