Harvest Lane to Cove Road Sewer Extension Revision Minority Owned Businesses (MBE's) and Women Owned Businesses (WBE's) are encouraged to respond. The Project consists of installation of approximately 2,000 linear feet of new 8-inch sanitary sewer, replacement of approximately 600 linear feet of existing 8-inch sanitary sewer, 10 new sanitary sewer manholes, and replacement of 3 existing sanitary sewer manholes. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are referred to the Code of Virginia 54.1-1100 et seq. for contractor requirements. Bidders shall provide evidence of authorization to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia by providing the identification number issued to Bidder by the State Corporation Commission in accordance with the Code of Virginia 2.2-4311.2, Title 13.1, Title 50, or as otherwise required by law.
