Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Washington Tr, Utah. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
A Bid Bond of 5% percent of the total bid will be required on this bid and must be submitted with the bid documents. In lieu of a bond, a cashier's check for 5% of the bid must be attached to the bid. The Board of Education, Weber School District, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes, or any portion thereof and to waive any abnormalities during the bidding process as they deem to be in their best interest. Low bid is in no way binding upon our district and final selection and honoring of the bids will be made by our office. These demolitions must be completed by August 14, 2023.
