Reference Number 0000317639 Colorado Springs Utilities ("Utilities"), an enterprise of the City of Colorado Springs, is looking for an experienced company ("Contractor") for All-Division Roofing Services ("Work"). Work performed under the resultant contract will include supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies. Work will typically be smaller in scope and general in nature. Any projects that exceed 100K will require the necessary bonds. Contractor will receive a blanket contract for a base term of one (1) year with four (4) renewal options, to be exercised at Utilities' sole discretion, and be entered into Utilities' database for access to all departments. As projects arise, individual departmental Project Managers ("PM") will contact Contractor for a quote regarding a detailed scope of work to be provided by said department. Actual requirements may vary during the term of the Contract and Utilities does not guarantee a minimum total purchase.
