Description: 62 feet wide by 70 feet long Calhoun Super Structures CC Series or equal building, 10 foot on center truss spacing with re-enforced steel providing a snow load capability of 60 lbs. and a minimum wind load of 101 mph. Engineered Low Hazard with Exposure based on 2020 Building Code of New York Stae. Erected on 8 tall steel legs on concrete pier foundation. precast wall foundation with salt inhibiter additive to line interior perimeter of the building. One piece cover with fabric drop of 6 from top of leg. One Fabric End Wall with 2 passive vents with fabric drop. Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Anchor Bolts and Epoxy. Site work to include 12 of stone with geo-fiber and stripping of organics (to be left on site). Building pad of 72 feet wide by 100 feet long. 5 inches of blacktop to be supplied in building interior with 20 apron extending out building front. SUNY Canton intends to purchase and install a Salt Storage Building pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law section 163(6) and NYS Education Law §355(5)(a). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law.
