Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Tannersville, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The proposed project is for constructing Rip Van Winkle Lake Park will include installing new trails, picnic areas, parking, an outdoor amphitheater, playground, open lawn areas, and extensive landscaping, parking lots to be constructed, walking path trails, and garden beds. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work.
