The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, and all incidentals required and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory performance of preventative maintenance and repair for services for the Rockbridge County Administration HVAC system (includes cooling towers), to keep them in firstclass operating condition. The proposal shall detail the scope of service to be performed for each piece of equipment. The proposal must detail the scope of the service to be done and the frequency that the tasks shall be accomplished. The proposal should base the service on manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule and to assure that the equipment is in good working order at all times.
