Sewer and Water Construction, Pipe Lining, Wall Restoration, Sewers - New, Sewers - Rehabilitation, Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Sewer Force Main, Televising Sewers, Sewer Re- Lining, Sewer Lateral T-lining, Sewer Inspection/Rehabilitation, Installation of Sewer Pipelines, Jack and Bore / Sewer / Water Construction, Sewer Utility Cleaning Work consist of 500 LF of clean & televise sewer main not to be lined; 15,247 LF of 8" CIPP main lining; 227 LF 12" CIPP main lining; 947 LF 36"x 55" egg shapped CIPP main lining. The project includes 19,932 FT of CIPP lining ranging between 8 inch and 18 inch pipe, including 949 LF of egg shaped 36 Wx54H pipe and 80 LF of 55 inch circular pipe. The project also includes 55 chemical grout point repairs, and 12 open trench sewer pipe spot repairs. Due to the possibility of the Citys spam filter rejecting an emailed bid bond, bidders are strongly encouraged to submit the bid bond early and verify receipt. Regardless of the method of bid surety submission, bid surety must be received by the bid deadline. Not less than prevailing wages as included in the specifications and provisions must be paid on this project. A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) and Community Benefits provisions will be required for any bid that is over or could virtually go over $150,000.
