Site work for a water / sewer project in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 05/02/2023 No start and end date yet. Scope of work includes removing existing pipes below grade from the City's supply pipes to the existing interior shut off valves. The DTA reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids in the b est interest of the Authority. Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond for the total price of the Bid. A performance and payment bond is required for Bids over $175,000, and must comply with Minnesota statutory requirements. Requests for approved equals, clarifications of specifications, and protest of specifications must be received by the Procurement Manager in writing via email (preferred) or regular mail no later than 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2023.
