**As of June 15, 2023, this project has been awarded to JD FIELDS &COMPANY, INC., in the amount of $1,949,467.32. QUESTIONS: Please submit any questions regarding this project via e-mail to purchasing@duluthmn.gov. Responses will be issued as an addendum to this solicitation. Deadline to submit questions is May 1, 2023. Furnish and deliver coated steel sheet pile, double channel wale, steel pipe piles and bent plate steel pile cap for reconstruction of a portion of Duluths harbor seawall. The City of Duluth reserves the right to split the award where there is a substantial savings to the City, to waive informalities or irregularities and to reject any and all bids. Performance & Payment Bonds - The awarded contractor will be required to submit performance and payments bonds issued from a surety company currently listed on Circular 570 in the full amount of the project cost prior to award.
