Renovation of a military facility in Duluth, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Proposals are requested for a Roof Replacement project, at USPS owned Duluth P&DC/MPO/VMF, 2800 W Michigan Street, Duluth MN 55806-9998, St Louis County County. Work will be completed in accordance with the attached specifications, drawings and other solicitation documents. An award for this requirement is contingent upon funding approval which is anticipated to be received during the evaluation phase of this project. Estimated cost of the work is between $6,250,000 to $7,250,000; with construction completion no later than five hundred (500) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted to Project Architect-Engineer Bob Pollard, Roth Brothers, at Robert.Pollard@Sodexo.com by 3:00 p.m., 05/22/2023. Responses are expected to be issued by 05/25/2023. The Postal Service is more concerned with making an award at the lowest overall price than with obtaining superior technical or management features. However, the Postal Service may not necessarily make an award at the lowest price in order to achieve a small price savings if better value can be achieved with superior technical or management features. The benefits of a higher priced proposal may merit a higher price. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
