Reference Number : 1710397 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-19 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The EMSB invites professional service providers to submit an offer for the supply of technical personnel for the supervision of civil engineering work for construction projects or modifications to the underground conduit network within the limits of the City of Montreal. Firms with expertise in the supervision of work on the various infrastructure construction, rehabilitation or repair projects carried out by the EMSB are qualified to bid . The contract will begin as soon as it is awarded for a maximum period of 36 months or the exhaustion of the funds provided for these professional services. The tenderer who has just obtained a contract or who has a current contract in supervision of the work with the EMSB cannot tender with the same team for this contract. However, the tenderer, who has a supervision contract in progress with the EMSB, can present the same team for the present contract only if he has reached at least 85% at the time of the award of the hours worked or the period of the contract in courses with the EMSB. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
