Bid packages include: BP23 Mechanical. Prime Trade Agreements will be assigned to the Construction Manager, Vision Construction & Consulting, Inc. The following paragraphs apply to all Bid Packages and all Base Bids. Bid manual scope responsibilities descriptions shall supersede any drawing or Architects project manual scope responsibilities descriptions. Construction Managers Bid Manual scope responsibilities descriptions shall take precedence. 2. The written scope description paragraphs for each Bid Package shall take precedence over drawing note assignments, required submittals, and assigned specification sections. 3. Each contractor shall provide and maintain protection of their installed work. If not adequately protected and work becomes damaged, the Contractor shall replace at his own expense. 4. Each Contractor shall submit a daily log on their letterhead stationery indicating number of workers, hours worked, type and location of work performed, and list of material and equipment deliveries. Provide a list of concerns and their impact on schedule. Non-legible submittals will not be accepted. 5.
