Site work and paving for a civil project in Cicero, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Consists of the reconstruction of 54th Avenue (Length = 2575 feet), including earth excavation; aggregate base course construction; hot-mix asphalt surface removal; curb and gutter removal and replacement; P.C. Concrete pavement removal and replacement; frame and grate adjustments and reconstruction; storm sewer structure replacements; aggregate base course construction; hot-mix asphalt binder and surface course paving; pavement markings; parkway restoration; and all appurtenant construction. Contractors must purchase bid documents and be shown on the Bidder's Planholder List in order to bid. Bids received from contractors who are not in the Bidder's Planholder List will be rejected.
