Site work for a civil project in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work at the site includes (but is not limited to) the following: (1) Installation of 1,110m low pressure sanitary sewage collection force mains (including associated valves, clean outs and similar) – ideally using HDD (2) Installation of 1,320m watermain (including associated valves, hydrants and similar) – ideally using HDD (3) Installation of 40 new water and sewage services (including low pressure sewage STEP tanks, curb valves, and similar) - connecting to existing plumbing in each building (4) Abandonment of existing water and wastewater tanks (currently servicing each building) (5) Coordination of 3rd party shallow utilities (working around existing utilities in compliance with established crossing/proximity agreements) (6) Rehabilitation of road surfaces, ditches and installation of culverts (7) Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control, security measures and final site rehabilitation (Topsoil, seeding, and specialized rehabilitation of natural environment)
