Professional Consultant-Elevator Upgrades: Province Wide 14 Elevators Estimated Duration of Contract (months) 2 This Request for Quotation (the "RFQ") issued by the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency (NSPHA) is an invitation to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Professional Consultant-Elevator Upgrades: Province Wide 14 Elevators as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). This RFQ is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. Provide construction-ready design and specifications stamped by a Professional Engineer in good standing with Engineers Nova Scotia, to meet elevator upgrade related scope of work for fourteen (14) buildings managed by NSPHA. Provide Class "B" construction estimates as well as tender and construction administration services for these projects. The Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency (NSPHA) is responsible for the administration and delivery of affordable housing for low-to-modest income Nova Scotians.
