The work may begin upon bid award by City Council and shall be complete by June 30, 2023, unless otherwise agreed upon. Bidders shall itemize any required deposit, surcharges, or delivery fees. Location- The City of Dexter is located 7 miles west of Ann Arbor, Michigan in Washtenaw County. The project will take place on the property of Dexter City Hall, located at 3515 Broad Street. The work will be completed on the barn located on the property . First Floor Block o Spot cleaning first floor concrete block. o Spot cleaning and painting of metal tracking, door handles, and wood stoppers utilized by second-floor hanging doors. Paint should be grey to match City Hall main building. o Replacement and painting of wood board adjacent to entry door on the first floor. Replacement board should be cut to eliminate opening at bottom adjacent to the door. Wood board will be 48" x 1/2 " x 101 1/2 ". Color matched to first floor concrete block. o Replacement and painting of metal door located on the first floor, south side of the building. Door measurements are roughly 41 3/4 " x 83". Color matched to first floor concrete block. o Replacement and painting of wooden door located on the first floor, west side of the building. Door measurements are roughly 32" x 75 1/2 ". Color matched to first floor concrete block. o Replacement of window panes that are broken or missing OR full window replacement. Window panes measure 12" x 9 1/2 ". Second Floor Wood Siding o Clean and paint the second-floor exterior wood siding of the barn. Color matched to red exterior color of City Hall main building. o Replacement of wood paneling that has significant damage or deterioration. This includes wood paneling and wood running boards along the roof overhang. o Cleaning and painting of window framing on both the first and second floors of the barn.
