Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 The Western Quebec School Board ("School Board") wishes to obtain bids in sealed envelopes to retain the services of several electrical contractors for various electrical work in the facilities of the Western Quebec School Board. The sectors where the work will have to be carried out are the Gatineau sectors and the Pontiac sector. APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS Quebec-Ontario Agreement (ACCQO) Other Only contractors holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1) will be considered for the awarding of the contract. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. TAKE NOTE : ADJUDICATION RULES (Document ''Management'' section 1.13.02 Rules) Subject to the provisions of the Reservation clause herein, the PUBLIC BODY enters into the Contract with several CONTRACTORS. The latter are entered on a list according to the rank established from the amount of their Bid: the CONTRACTOR having presented the lowest compliant Bid being in first place, the one having presented the second lowest being in second place, and so on. . In the event of a tie in the submitted price, the rank is determined by drawing lots between the tied ENTREPRENEURS. When the CONTRACTOR in the first rank cannot follow through on the Contract, the other CONTRACTORs are contacted according to their respective rank. FINANCIAL LIMIT OF THE CONTRACT AND DURATION The financial limit (stack of orders) is $200,000.00 for the duration of the contract The duration of the contract is 36 months from the date of award. The contract ends when the financial limit is reached or the duration of the contract is reached. MAXIMUM VALUE OF ORDERS (OR MANDATES) The School Board reserves the right to limit each order to an amount of $25,000.00 NON-EXCLUSIVE The school board reserves the right to proceed by invitation to tender for orders exceeding $25,000 or to proceed by public tender for orders exceeding $100,000.
