The work is briefly described as follows: Pumping and screening of approximately 250 tonnes of dry matter (tms) of sludge in the four cells (two ponds equipped with dividing curtains) using a floating dredge without lowering the water level; Conditioning and mechanical dehydration of sludge by centrifugation (transport and final disposal of sludge in solid form) Or management without dehydration (transport and final disposal of sludge in liquid form); Transportation and disposal or recycling of sludge to authorized sites; Restoration of the premises. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the form described in the tender documents and valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of tenders. The bond must be for an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid including taxes. The bid bond shall contain an undertaking by the surety to issue a performance bond and a guarantee of the contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services, each equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the bid. including tax.
