Estimated value range is $450,000.00 - $485,0000 CONTRACT NO. 2023 Newberry Township is extending sanitary sewer service to its Municipal Campus as part of its new emergency services building project. Project scope of work consists of approximately 1,075 lf of 10" gravity sewer, approximately 1,551 lf of low-pressure force main and appurtenances as described in the project specifications and the construction drawings. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty 60 days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
