Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kingston, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required to construct the improvements called for by the contract documents and construction plans. Work to be performed includes: reclamation of existing asphalt pavement, installation of new concrete valley pans, installation of select sidewalk/curb/gutter, placement of new pavement, and installation of urban wear course. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities in the bidding. A bid guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany any bid submitted. The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid.
