The Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority (WVSA) is requesting Bids for the construction of the Slocum Street Stormwater Basin Retrofit generally consisting of the retrofit of an existing stormwater/flood control basin into a dry-extended detention stormwater basin in Swoyersville Borough, Luzerne County, PA. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, and include forms, qualification statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in the Bidding Documents. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the Messages/Vendor Discussions feature in Web site no later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
