Kingston Recreation Center Auxiliary Parking Lot Project Scope:- The Municipality of Kingston will receive Bids online for the Kingston Recreation Center Auxiliary Parking Lot Project, generally consisting of the construction of a parking lot, walking path, site lighting, stormwater system, and all incidental work related thereto. All construction Work is included in one (1) Prime Contract. All Bids shall be on a unit and/or lump sum price basis. Questions Due Date: Nov 23rd 2024, 12:00 PM EST Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" in an amount of 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders; and (B) all forms, statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in Article 7 of the Bid Form. A Pre-Bid Conference has not been scheduled at this time. Bidder(s) attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum wages and salaries in accordance with provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and contained in the Contract Documents, must be paid throughout the duration of the Contract. Bids may be held by Owner for a period of not to exceed sixty days (60) from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of a Contract.
