No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of receiving bids, except that bids for any bidder who Consents to Extend Bid Award Date may, at the request of the County of Luzerne, be held for consideration for such longer period as may be agreed to, but in no event exceeding 150 calendar days.
