The successful bidder must comply with requirements set out in the contract documents includingall Federally Required Contract Provisions including but not limited to the Buy American Preference, CivilRights Title VI Assurances, Davis-Bacon Requirements, Affirmative Action Requirements, Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension, Disclosure of Lobbying, and Procurement of RecoveredMaterials. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of thetotal amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to100percent oftheContract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of receiving bids.
