Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kingston, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work consists of the full width milling of bituminous concrete roadways, placement of a bituminous concrete wearing course, and all incidental work related thereto. Bids must be submitted online via the specified platform. All construction work is included in a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 10% of the maximum bid price and all required forms, statements, affidavits, and certifications as specified. Contractors must comply with wage rates as determined by the Secretary of Labor under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, and meet non-discrimination and affirmative action requirements including goals for female and minority participation. The successful bidder will be required to provide satisfactory performance and payment bonds each at least equal to the contract price. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Question Deadline 03/27/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing via the selected Electronic Document & Bid Management and Procurement Service using the appropriate Question tab. Questions received less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
