Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kingston, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

**As of November 04, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The successful bidder must comply with requirements set out in the contract documents including all Federally Required Contract Provisions including but not limited to the Buy American Preference, Civil Rights Title VI Assurances, Davis-Bacon Requirements, Affirmative Action Requirements, Government wide Debarment and Suspension, Disclosure of Lobbying, and Procurement of Recovered Materials. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor. The County of Luzerne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to readvertise.
