Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Kingston, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
In general, the work of this project includes multiple prime contracts for utility connections and associated work of modular classrooms and walkways for the Dana Street Elementary Center. Please note that modular classrooms and walkways have been pre-purchased and will be installed by the modular supplier. Bid documents are available electronically at no charge by contacting Apollo Group, Inc. Each bid must include a Proposal Bond of no less than ten percent (10%) of the total base proposal. The successful bidder is required to furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania apply. The owner may hold bids for up to forty-five (45) days and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any informalities in the process.
